This house has a wide overhang along the roof which is Craftsman style. The roof rafters are exposed in Craftsman style. There is a wide cornice along the from porch which is also indicative of Craftsman style. There are Craftsman style posts which are tapered and squared wood on the top half and bricks on the lower half. There are simple wooden rails instead of a balustrade on the porch (an upper rail, a middle rail, and a lower rail). These simple wooden rails extend down the stairs as a handrail as well.
