Decorative Details/Unique Features:

This house has a wide overhang along the roof. There are Craftsman style posts which are tapered and squared wood on the top half and bricks on the lower half. There are wooden rails with a center post and two diagonal rails to form a pattern of triangular panels with a rectangle instead of a balustrade on the porch (there is an upper rail and a lower rail). These simple wooden rails in the same decorative design extend down the stairs as a handrail as well.
