Evidence of Construction Date:
The earliest evidence that could be found was narrowing the range between the 1919 and 1927 Sanborn map years. The land tax records stopped noting the property in 1941, and the deeds lead to dead ends. Additionally Plat Book 2 p. 26 showed evidence of the structure in 1959. Newspapers were additionally consulted,but did not produce any helpful information.
