Evidence of Construction Date:

Is referred to as lot 56 in block 128, lot that the dwelling is on was sold by one George Heflin to Eugene Stevens by way of sale of deed and bargain in 1926 located in deed book 70 page 63, when looking at the land tax records Eugene Stevens is recorded as being taxed for lot 56 in the year 1930 but no building is listed as being taxed which means it was not there yet, LT 56 BL 128 shows up on two more tax records in the year 1935 and 1940 with the latter actually having a building listed as being taxed so it was built between 1935-1940, with 1936 being the earliest sale date for the structure in the deed books this is probably the correct date
