There is a belt course on the right-hand side of building leading to the back of the building until it comes in contact with the addition.
Evidence of Integrity Location/Materials:
The windows are not original material they are made out of vinyl. The building is now used as a vet clinic.

There is a concrete block addition towards the back of the building. There could possibly be an addition on right hand side of the building because the brick sticks out more than the left-hand side.
