Decorative Details/Unique Features:

This building has decorative shutters with no hinges. There is also a small awning above the doorway. The gable roof contains boxed eves. However, the roof on the addition is a flat. There is a belt course on the right-hand side of building leading to the back of the building until it comes in contact with the addition.

Evidence of Integrity Location/Materials:

The windows are not original material they are made out of vinyl. The building is now used as a vet clinic.

Additions/Alternations to Primary Building:

There is a concrete block addition towards the back of the building. There could possibly be an addition on right hand side of the building because the brick sticks out more than the left-hand side.

Condition of Primary Building: Good
Observable Threats: none
Compatibility with Adjacent Land Uses:

This building fits in with the commercial community that surrounds it. It however, does not match what is across the street. It has the same setback as 5017.

Potential NR Eligibility: Non-Contributing
Evidence of Construction Date:

Tax records from 1969 show that there was a spike in the price of the lot value, which suggests that there was construction of a new building.
