The doors and windows seem new as well as the garage door. There is replaced brick above doorways on the left-hand side of the building.

Evidence of Construction Date:
According to a Free Lance Star article from 2000 called "Plant on the move: Coca-Cola unveiling new bottling facility in Stafford" the Coke company officials believe that their former factory building was constructed in 1936.
The secondary structure has an unusually tall and thin brick chimney stack, which could indicate its original use as an industrial building.
