There are mock brick columns on front facade of the left-hand side (if you are facing the front facade) of the building. There is a cement cap on each column.

According to a Free Lance Star article from 2000 called "Plant on the move: Coca-Cola unveiling new bottling facility in Stafford" the Coke company officials believe that their former factory building was constructed in 1936.

The secondary structure has an unusually tall and thin brick chimney stack, which could indicate its original use as an industrial building.
