Decorative Details/Unique Features:

Covered portico with Tuscan columns and French doors flanking the main entrance. It is in fair condition but with its vacancy, little maintenance has been performed, leaving this building to start degrading at a faster rate. Its current condition is not irreparable but is deteriorating due to encroaching trees and lack of care.
