Decorative Details/Unique Features:

This house has a hipped dormer with 3 original square, 4-paned casement windows. There is a wide overhang along the roof which is Craftsman style. There is a wide facia board along the roof-line which is indicative of Craftsman style. The roof rafters are exposed in Craftsman style.There is a wide cornice along the from porch which is also indicative of Craftsman style. There are Craftsman style posts which are tapered and squared wood on the top half and bricks on the lower half. There are wooden rails with a center post and two diagonal rails to form a pattern of triangular panels instead of a balustrade on the porch (there is an upper rail and a lower rail). These simple wooden rails in the same decorative design extend down the stairs as a handrail as well. There are non-functional decorative shutters on the first story of the front elevation.

This house is set-back the same distance away from the curb as the other houses on the street. This house has the same style as many of the other houses in the neighborhood. It is very similar to the house located at 313 Bunker Hill Street (#3015).
