Decorative Details/Unique Features:

This house has a wide overhang along the roof. There are Craftsman style posts which are tapered and squared wood on the top half and bricks on the lower half. There are wooden rails with a center post and two diagonal rails to form a pattern of triangular panels with a rectangle instead of a balustrade on the porch (there is an upper rail and a lower rail). These simple wooden rails in the same decorative design extend down the stairs as a handrail as well.

The set-back for this property matches those of adjacent properties. The style of this house matches the general style of houses on this street. The size and style is very similar to #3008 which is located at 310 Hunter Street (the next street over). This house has retained the original windows with wooden muntins.
