The structure is in an art deco style with a jagged, semi-hipped roof shape. There are plywood panels above the windows, all separated by aluminum trim. There are single pane transom windows above single pane casement windows. The windows are along the front and side of structure. There are wooden beams lining the eaves of the roof. Aluminum encases the intersections and ages of the structure.

There is a concrete walkway around the perimeter of the building. There are fluorescent lights under the eaves of the roof. There is running bond brick wall cladding with a visible water table in brick under the windows. All the brick is painted a purple gray color.
