Compatible with current use of right adjacent and across street structures in terms of commercial but incompatible with left adjacent house and majority if remainder if this and opposite residential blocks, compatible with nearby buildings in terms of height, form, setback and footprint but slightly smaller, squatter, and less decorated than others, while tiered roofline awnings and large window are incompatible with mearby resident structure
